Endurance Adventure and Yoga are both offered at Reeths-Puffer Intermediate. EA is a unique program which is able to combine leadership and teamwork with strength and endurance training along with nutrition information for the athlete in all of us. Yoga is a great way to improve focus, manage stress, strengthen physically while also improving flexibility.
Yoga is on Wednesday after school. Pick up 4 pm. We have plenty of mats; join us! All ages welcome. Endurance Adventure is mostly on Thursdays with a few exceptions. Pick up places and times depends on the activity. See note below.
